BMPC High School Beach Retreat
Friday, January 17 4:00PM – Monday, January 20, 7:00PM
Registration Deadline: Friday, January 10th at 5:00PM
Cost: $60 (Participation fee will increase to $70 if received after 5pm on 1/10) *Payment options can be found at the end of registration form.
Date/Time: We will leave BMPC promptly at 4:00PM on Friday, January 17th and Return Monday, January 20th by 7:00PM *We will update you during our travel home if our arrival time changes due to traffic, etc.
What to Bring:
Sleeping bag/blanket; pillow *Sheets are provided BUT please bring sleeping bag in case male/female ratio requires us to use alternate sleeping areas.
Clothes … clothes to keep warm outside/on the beach AND any other items depending on the weather forecast :).
Bible – for real bring a Bible
Toiletries: tooth brush & paste, soap, shampoo, sunscreen, and meds
Towel and washcloth
Sunday AM Church clothes )
Bathing suit and beach towel (if you’re brave/crazy)
Beach shoes and shoes to walk around downtown Savannah
Jacket/coat and rain jacket
NO NUT Snack to share (homemade is ALWAYS great!)
What NOT to bring: NUTS (peanuts or any tree nuts). Youth Advisors will collect cell phones for most of the trip. You can bring them for very limited use.
Group building, playing on the beach, good meals, walking tour of downtown Savannah AND planning Youth Sunday worship.

*EVERY youth is welcome to attend, regardless of ability to pay. Please contact Chandler regarding scholarship funds.
A Note About Trip Cost and Participation:
The total cost for each youth is subsidized by the church. Funds from both the youth potato lunch fundraiser(s) and youth ministry budget help to cover the difference in cost. It is important that all trip participants and families participate in BMPC Youth fundraising efforts!
