If you wish to submit a Guest Speaker request for approval please fill in ALL the fields below and email your completed form to the Societies Coordinator, societies@kingston.ac.uk.
Submit the speaker forms to the Societies Coordinator at the point of inviting a speaker rather than waiting until the speaker/s are confirmed, even if your society does not have an agreed date for your event yet so that the forms can be assessed in the planning stage, and a date added when it is available. This will allow the Union and University ample time to assess the events and plan any mitigations necessary so that if speakers don't confirm attendance until short notice for the society, the work is already done in terms of planning risk.
Once the speaker has been approved, the Societies Coordinator will contact the speaker with a copy of the Union Values Statement.
The speaker must reply to the Societies Coordinator with their agreement to the statement before the event or it will not be permitted to go ahead.
