I created my submission since BC Provincial Health Officer, Dr. Bonnie Henry declared a public health emergency on March 17th 2020.

I grant permission for the digital and/or hard-copy materials described on this form to be considered for preservation in the Mission Community Archives where it can be accessed, without restrictions (including internet publication such as website or social media) by the public now and in the future. It is understood and agreed that the ownership of the submitted materials added to the Archives holdings, including any copyright and moral rights described herein shall be assigned to the governing authority of the Mission Community Archives and become its permanent property.
