Cancellation Policy, Refund Policy and Order Changes
(All requested changes need to be made before the Weekly Order Deadline or 8 days prior to your scheduled delivery day)
Order change requests must be made in writing prior to the Weekly Order Deadline without penalty, by emailing your request to dbrkarfeb11@gmail.com. Any refund amounts if any of such order cancellations or changes will be credited to your LifestyleEating Account to be used for future purchases. If making your request in time there should be no credit amount, your card will not get charged for that week and meals will not be delivered. All meal plans are a 4-week minimum commitment unless you select the two-week trial than the 4-week minimum starts after that is complete and you do not cancel service. You must cancel in writing to dbrkarfeb11@gmail.com.
Requested after the Weekly Order Deadline (8 days prior to your scheduled delivery day).
Order change requests such as pausing your service for a vacation must be made in writing prior to your scheduled delivery day, by emailing dbrkarfeb11@gmail.com. As we purchase and prepare your food specifically for your customized order, any cancellation or order change requests made after the Weekly Order Deadline obligates you and makes you responsible for payment. You have the option to choose to either take the meals or just pay for them. Unfortunately, this is not flexible due to the large amount of custom food costs and time involved in preparing specialized meals.
**We cannot guarantee accommodation with any order change requests made after the Weekly Order Deadline. We cannot accommodate any cancellations or order change requests after your meals have been prepared. Text message voice mails, etc. will not be accepted as form of contact. You must email your request to dbrkarfeb11@gmail.com including your name, phone number and what date starting on a Monday you will need to pause your account and specify what date you will be returning. Once you get a response that your request has been received then you are confirmed but not until you receive a confirmation.
If you do not receive an email back in a timely fashion, please call to verify we received your email. It is your responsibility to make sure we are aware of your changes. Thank you for understanding.
Recurring Payments & Auto Renew:
Your meal plan will be automatically renewed each month with recurring payments each week, unless you cancel according to our Cancellation Policy. Please note: Two-week trials will be converted to a recurring meal plan after the initial two-week period is complete.
