Your registration is valid for a period of one year and may be extended annually, provided you have no overdue materials or outstanding fines. By submitting this form you are confirming you reside within Grant County, New Mexico and agree to the following:
Returning Miller Library materials on or before the due date.
Returning Miller Library materials in satisfactory condition.
Paying replacement costs for any Miller Library materials that are lost or damaged.
You may check out up to 12 circulating items for a 3-week loan period. These items may be renewed one time. You are also able to use the public computer lab for research purposes.
