Group Registration Pricing
For Divisions of Student Affairs: All group members, regardless of individual membership status, will be charged the prevailing member rate (i.e. early, regular, late) with the percentage discount noted below applied at the time of registration.
For Graduate Preparation Programs: All student group members will be charged the prevailing student rate (i.e. early, regular, late) with the percentage discount noted below applied at the time of registration.

Group Registration Policies

Submissions of multiple tiers will be granted a one-time use discount that coincides with the higher level selected.

Group registration is an institutional membership benefit. Therefore, individuals do not need to have individual membership. However, any attendee who does not have a NASPA profile will be required to create a profile before registering. Please visit

Individuals do not need to be NASPA members to be part of a registered group and all group members will be charged at the same rate as outlined in the Group Registration Pricing.

Group registration is non-refundable.

NASPA does not accept Purchase Orders (P.O.) as a form of payment. Payment must be received within 30 days. If payment is not received within 30 days, the registration will be canceled.

Passcodes will be distributed within 7-10 business days after an invoice is paid in full.

Group registration covers general registration only. All pre-conference workshops or other ancillary sessions must be paid for separately at the time that each individual registers.

Registrants who transferred their 2020 NASPA Annual Conference registration to the 2021 NASPA Virtual Conference are not eligible for group registration.

Individuals who are already registered for the 2021 NASPA Virtual Conference are not eligible for group registration.

Increasing group size is applicable in increments of five (5) or more.

If there is an increase in group size additional fees will be assessed. No refunds will be provided if the group size decreases.
Please note - We will honor the rate in place for general registration (excluding pre-cons) at the time that the form is submitted for all group registrants.
