4. If you are sick, ask the chauffeur to pull over immediately.

5. Please do not ask for more time than originally contracted.

6. Please do not throw or hang out of windows - Remember we can get pulled over and ticketed.

CIGARETTE BURNS AND SMEARS: $350 PER INCIDENT

BROKEN GLASS: $15 PER GLASS

$250 PER INCIDENT

SPILLS: $55 PER INCIDENT
Customer hereby waives any/all claims against Limousine Service Enterprise or any agent or employee of the company for injury, loss, or damage including consequential damage to customer's person or property from whatever cause and however occurring, unless the same shall be caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of the company or its agents or employees.

The customer hereby agrees immediately upon demand to reimburse the company in full for any/all damages or injury to any company agent or employee, or to any vehicle or other property of company, which is caused by the customer or its guests.

The customer hereby acknowledges and agrees that no driver or other agents of the company has the power or authority to make any promise or representation of any nature on behalf of the company, whether oral or written, without the express written consent of the company.

Limousine Service Enterprise is not responsible for any vehicle malfunction or mechanical breakdown during the run.
