Student Activities Equipment Rental Policy
All persons renting equipment of any kind from the department of Student Activities must abide by the following policies:
- Your event must be approved by Student Activities prior to submitting an equipment rental request. (for student organizations)
- Equipment must be returned on or before the return date listed.
- Inspect and report any damages to our equipment before you use it.
- Equipment must be returned in the same or better condition as it was prior to use.
- Consumable materials (art supplies, popcorn bags, snow cone syrup, etc.) will only be rented at the discretion of Student Activities. Please purchase your own consumable materials when possible.
- If any damage or incident occurs while using the equipment, contact the Student Activities Office immediately. Your organization is responsible for full cost of repair or replacement of damaged or lost equipment at the discretion of the Director of Student Activities.
- Equipment rental is provided at no cost to C-N affiliated organizations. The Office of Student Activities maintains discretion of the rental of equipment and may deny your request for any reason.
