The 2021 Annual Dues includes billing for the number of barcodes registered to each household in the old Keyscan system over many years. The data of active barcodes from Keyscan was merged into our new system for 2021 billing. Unfortunately, due to a combination of factors from the old system's management, the number of barcodes reflected on your statement may not be current.
We have been experiencing a high volume of calls regarding updating your vehicle records and cannot respond immediately. Please send payment with your dues for only the vehicles you currently have with a registered barcode and indicate the applicable information for each vehicle using the form below. We will remove and deactivate all other barcodes associated with the account in the new system.
