Help us support the medical needs of the animals residing at the Lancaster County Animal Shelter. Your registration fee and any donation you make on this form will be used exclusively for this purpose.
EVENT DETAILS: There are two components to this event and we invite you to participate in one or both parts!

Background: February 22, 2021, is "National Walk Your Dog Day." We are celebrating by hosting a virtual walk/run with your dog event from February 12-28th with an optional in-person walk on Sunday, February 21st. This is not a timed race or anything like that, it's just a great way to get outside with your pups and support the shelter animals at the same time. Win-Win!

Virtual Dog Walk: February 12th - 28th. Walk your dog anytime you like and show us your pictures and videos on our Event Page on Facebook.

In-Person Dog Walk: February 21st from 1:00-4:00 pm. All interested participants are invited to join us for a 2-mile walk on the beautiful trails of the Lindsay Pettus Greenway in Lancaster on Sunday, February 21st from 1:00-4:00 pm, meeting at the Nature Pavillion. All government guidelines will be followed including social distancing and mask requirements.

Event Registration Options

Option 1 - Event Registration 1 ($25) includes one Event T-Shirt per Registered Individual. Your T-Shirt will be available to pick up on the day of the event (February 21) at the Greenway or you may contact Sharon via email at RunFatCatRun@gmail.com to make advance pick-up arrangements. You must register on or before February 12 to select this option. NOTE: We anticipate that the T-Shirts will be ready for pick-up the week of February 15th.

Option 2 - Event Registration 2 ($30) includes one Event T-Shirt per Registered Individual to be mailed. Your T-Shirt will be mailed to the address you indicated above. NOTE: We anticipate that the T-Shirts will be mailed the week of February 15th.
