Request for Professional Development Training Proposals

Proposals will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
The Axelson Center seeks proposals from individuals or teams who are interested in leading virtual or in-person trainings for nonprofit professionals on the Hallmarks of Nonprofit Managerial Excellence℠ —Mission & Program, Leadership & Governance, Strategy & Innovation, Human Resources, Financial Strength & Performance, Resource Generation & External Relations and Accountability & Integrity.

As you develop your proposal, please consider how diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) may impact the topic you propose. While DEI will not be the explicit focus of your session, being aware of how these issues may impact your audience is helpful to consider.

Sessions may last from 60 - 180 minutes and will be hosted on the North Park University campus (3225 W. Foster Ave., Chicago, IL) or on Zoom with production assistance from Axelson Center staff. If your proposal is accepted and delivered, then a small honorarium will be paid. You may submit more than one proposal.
