Integrity Bottled Water Donations
StarWalker Industries Inc. is donating up to 14 cases of Integrity Purified 500mL - 16.9oz / 24 pack cases of bottled water to eligible charities while supplies last. In order to qualify, you must submit the completed form below along with your 501(3)c letter by Friday, June 29th at 12 noon. Once your submission has been received, you will be contacted by our team on your eligibility and to schedule a pick up from our Atlanta Warehouse no later than 2pm on Wednesday, June 30th. We will respond to each entry to let you know if your charity and event qualifies to receive the donation.
