We operate like Uber, Door Dash, etc. In fact we were the 1st to operate like that. You will be the owner/operator of your own branch and can work alone or hire as many people as you like. Some branches do $20 million a year and branch manager makes $1 million a year. Our national call center will handle the calls, scheduling, dispatching, billing and issuing weekly checks so you can operate from home.
We guarantee:
1. You can pick and choose your days and hours with no minimum or maximum!
2. Pick and choose your coverage area and how far you drive to a job!
3. Pick and choose your customers and jobs you do and don't have to pay commissions on jobs you don't want to do!
4. You can hand contract down to your kids when you retire or sell it!
5. Make as much money as you want!
You will need your own appropriate transportation and tools/supplies for the type of work you do because you will be going straight to the jobsites from your home. There is no office to go to each morning. You will also need contractor liability insurance, $5,000 bond and a work comp waiver. The cost of these are about $650 a year, and only $250 to start with rest paid monthly (about the same as union dues if you were in a union), and are reimbursed in your pay and are tax deductable. This is why you start with higher pay with us because those other companies charge you for this via lower pay. You will also need to submit a background check and drug test which are about $20 each. We can help you get everything set up.
If doing jobs that require the purchase of materials you will also need a credit card or line of credit and need to set up local wholesale accounts for your area. You will be reimbursed 110% for materials which means you make $1 profit on every $10 in materials sold on jobs you do.
If you qualify for a new truck or car you will need your own transportation while it is being built at the Ford Factory as every vehicle is custom built to spec. After receiving your new vehicle you should still have a back up form of transportation in case of emergency.
You will need your own business cards and flyers so you can pick and choose what jobs you want to do and in what areas near you. We are paying you to advertise in your area. If you live near one of our regional training centers or regional offices you can do practice jobs at those locations to pay for these. Or you can print flyers at home on your computer (we will design them with the services you are willing and able to perform and email you the design)

Pay is determined by what all you do, experience, hours worked and benefits you want. Cash value of benefits you do not want will be added to your pay. Most make $40,000 to $100,000 starting.
