In exchange for an advertising schedule, I am authorizing Big Z Media to sell a total number
of certificates, in denominations of $ each over the period of Start Date through Date. Big Z Media may not exceed this quantity unless a new agreement is negotiated.

I understand I am funding the bulk of my advertising program with Gift Certificates. I will receive the specified advertising schedule plus a web profile up front, without exception, regardless of how well or not the gift certificates are selling during the contract period.I am not obligated to make change or give store credit for a partially used certificate. Other than these limitations the gift certificates spend like cash and are good towards any service or merchandise in my store, including sale priced items or promotional offers.In the event it takes Big Z Media longer than the specified time frame to sell the certificates I will continue to receive promotional mentions and the web profile will stay on the site, whereby customers will continue to shop and buy my certificates until they are completely sold out.The certificates never expire.Customers may buy and use as many certificates as they wish during any given store visit or as indicated.Big Z Media now owns the certificates, and it reserves the right to sell the certificates at any price it deems necessary and in any quantity desired, assuming adequate availability.I would also accept digital certificates at my business.
