"I agree that I do in fact have a computer or laptop to do online only classes and will bring it in for my orientation. I understand that I cannot attend the online class on a cell phone. If I do not have a computer at my orientation, I understand that I will need to start in-person classes until I provide proof of a computer for the online classes."

Once you leave our program, you may be contacted so we can receive valuable feedback from you and any suggestions for improvements. We will also conduct a brief *Follow-Up Survey' to determine if you received a high school diploma or equivalency, enrolled in postsecondary education or training, and/or obtained a job. When you are contacted, the survey will only take a few minutes of your time and your answers are confidential but extremely important. Our program will only use your contact information for this Follow-Up Survey.
Your registration information, such as Social Security number, will be used to research and evaluate the effectiveness of Adult Education programs through data sharing with other State of Michigan data systems, including high school equivalency testing, postsecondary enrollment, and employment.
