Virtual CRL Exam Acknowledgements

The exam will be administered online by a virtually proctored system (Except for the LIVE exams at the conferences). You must read and agree to each item listed in order to register for the CRL Exam.

I understand this is an internet-based and virtually proctored exam (except for the LIVE exams at the conferences) and a laptop/tablet is required to take the exam and I agree that I must have wifi enabled laptop/tablet with webcam, microphone and power cord/charger to take the exam on. I also understand the CRL Exam is optional and is a timed 2-hour exam and I will not be allowed to leave the room, for any reason, once the exam has started.

I understand that I will be required to download the Proctorio Extension for Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge Platforms in order to participate in the virtual Examination. (System requirements are included in the exam confirmation email).

I understand the recommended study material for this exam is the Uptime Elements Body of Knowledge and/or the Uptime Elements Academy Learning Management System. I also understand the Uptime Elements Body of Knowledge book set is the only open book reference material allowed during the exam.

I understand a CRL Workshop is not intended to fully prepare me to sit the exam. I also understand that I am expected to self-study for an appropriate amount of time prior to sitting the exam with the recommended study material

I understand this exam is optional and not required and I agree to pay the non-refundable $299USD exam fee, and for whatever reason, if I decide not to sit for the CRL exam, or am unable to sit for the CRL exam, the fee of $299USD I've paid will remain a credit for one (1) year from this date to be applied to a future scheduled exam date.
