Thank you for considering RLR for your post op care . Please review our rules and policies to ensure our post op services are a fit for you .

 

Rite Life Recovery LLC is a nonmedical Home care and Companion concierge service that caters to those recovering by Providing post op care services  for the purpose of  companionship and cosmetic assistance after selective cosmetic surgery procedures.

 

We look forward to helping you recover safely and effectively after your cosmetic procedure while in South Fl .

Disclosures :

 

NONMEDICAL PRIVATE CARE

*in house post op Care is not provided at a medical facility , medical spa or clinic nor provided by a nurse or doctor . Rite Life Recovery provides non medical care provided by a home health aide,  Cna or companion. There is NO nurse on site. Care is booked with purpose of companionship after surgery . Private care may be booked in client’s choice of home or Airbnb if not preferred at RLR private residence .

 

*Rite Life Recovery LLC does not give nor change medications . Caretaker will only remind client to take medications  prescribed by surgeon. No outside pain medication or Narcotics are allowed in home. 

*Special diets such as pescatarian ( fish, shrimp, crab , lobster) etc can be accommodated and requested at an additional charge of $150. Speciality drinks such as vitamin water, Ensure, protein shakes and smoothies can be requested for additional charges or can be instacart to home. Please inform staff when an order is being placed. 

*outside vendors such as massage therapist, IV therapy  providers, Faja providers etc are not allowed unless approved prior by a RLR staff member

*Disposable sheets are replaced everyday for lipo and bbl clients. Sheets are changed every 3 days for Mommy makeovers and breast procedures, every 2 days for lipo/bbl.

*After surgery , disposable sheets, pillowcases , disposable chuck pads etc are placed on bed to protect the mattress from fluids that leak from your body.  If you remove any of the items and blood gets on the mattress because of refusal to properly lay on the barriers, you will be charged $250 for twin, $350 for full and $450 for queen mattress. These are the cost of replacing the mattress. 

*Lights and Tvs must be turned off when exiting a room. TV's must be turned off when going to bed and kept at a reasonable volume as to not disturb other guests. 

* if leaving the home, the return time is 8pm

 

* Private home : No guests are allowed in the kitchen to prevent cross contamination. Please ask a staff member for anything needed and we will gladly deliver. 

 

Airbnb: Kitchen is open for use 

 

 

The kitchen opens at 8am and closes at 8pm. Breakfast is served between 7:30-9:30, Lunch is served between 12-2pm, and dinner is served between 4:30-6:30pm. We do not provide snacks 

 

*Laundry services are limited to 1 load per stay per client. Laundry services are not for companions. Laundry services are conducted daily from 9am to 5pm daily. Garments, fajas and post surgical garments can be washed daily if requested. 

*only toilet paper can be thrown in the toilet. Wipes must be thrown in trash regardless if flushable. Clients that flush wipes and cause a clog will be charged a $250 fee unclog plumbers fee or price will be deducted from total paid stay. 

* In case of a medical emergency, you can not refuse medical attention. In the event of an emergency your medical contact will be notified immediately. Rite Life Recovery no longer enters the hospital with clients due to safety measure to prevent spreading any infections. Transport back to home will be arranged at clients discharge. Hospital nights are equivalent to days paid at home. No refunds for hospital stays

*RLR asks that you Please respect other guests privacy. We maintain a peaceful and quiet environment. No loud music or conversations on speaker phones are allowed. 

*Any disrespect, fighting, disturbance with other guests or staff will not be tolerated and will result in removal from the premises with assistance from local authorities

* No guests allowed unless approved prior. 

* home is sanitized daily ; Trash removed from bathroom/ rooms daily, kitchen/ floors cleaned in home daily. Each room is cleaned and sanitized after each check out and sheets, linens are washed and replaced with new items 

*Transportation provided only :  Airport drop off : Ft lauderdale ( free) Miami ( free)  Prescription drop off & pick up/ after Preop transport to home / Surgery day / 1 Post op / ($75 per additional ride) 

* Transportation is provided either by a RLR staff member or a third party service( ex: Uber, Lyft) . Appointments and airport times scheduled prior to 9 am and after 5pm will be arranged and transported by a third party driver. Tracking system is used for safety when transporting. 

 * Clients must provide their own towel &  rag  . please download the supply list for additional items on what to pack 

 * Balances are due 14 days prior to check in. Balances not paid on due date will be cancelled. No refunds  on cancellations due to non payment 

* Address is given 1 day prior to arrival at Preop appointment for safety reasons 

* Day of check out please dispose any soiled garbage in trash bins or any garbage you may have. Please help us keep our home clean and sanitary by lightly picking up after yourself day of check out  

* 1 night minimum stay required

-Flight Itinerary  

- Preop appointment 

* patient is responsible for ensuring proper arrival times to appointment’s/ airport. Rite Life will coordinate your transportation based off your given appointment times and around South Florida Traffic.  If you delay our transporters that cause appointment to be late or cancelled Rite Life Recovery is NOT responsible  

*Rite Life Recovery is not responsible for items left behind . Please ensure your items are gathered at time of check out .

Example of Recovery Stay 

 

Arrival/ Preop/ Check In -(check in is at 1pm) : Pick up from Preop (if included in package ) / Transport to home / No care/ No meals. Stay only 

Surgery day-Drop off to surgery/ pick up from surgery/ Drop off prescriptions/ pick up prescriptions/3 vital checks/ care from surgery pick up until 6am /3 meals daily/ soup + fruit 

Post op- : drop off to post op/ pick up from post op/ Massage #1/2 vital checks/ shower/ assistance 9-5/no  overnight assistance / 3 meals daily

Day 3+ - Rest, Relax, Recover/ 1 vital check daily / assistance from 9am-5pm,1 massage ( massage schedule depends on package paid for) / no overnight assistance unless requested / 3 meals daily 

Check Out -( check out is by 10am)  Airport drop off only ( no massages). no meals 

Late Check Outs must be APPROVED prior

DAMAGES

 

Rite Life Recovery will provide protective supplies to prevent damages .Please respect the home or you will be responsible for damages

Price list of damages or removals of :

Tv- $450

TV Remote- $35

Twin Mattress- $250

Full mattress- $350

Queen Mattress- $550

King Mattress- $750

Clogged toilet- $250

 PAYMENTS

 

Body Sculpting session Deposits : $25-100

Private Care Deposits :

$250 ( services totaling under $1000)

$500 ( services over $1000)

 

Deposits are applied to total balance 

Balances must be paid in full no later than 14 days prior to reserved date of service.

Balances not paid on or before due date will be cancelled that day by 6pm

. Payments can be extended 24hrs  past due date for a 1 time upfront fee of   $250 in addition to balance due . $250 extension fee must be paid by 5pm on original date of balance. Remaining balance will still be owed on approved date 

Care requested less than 30 days of surgery must PAY IN FULL . NO DEPOSITS ON RESERVATIONS LESS THAN 30 DAYS

REFUND POLICY 

 

No refunds once services are rendered ! 

No refunds for early check outs or hospital stays 

No refunds are made on deposits.  I agree No refunds on deposits under no circumstances

 

Balances paid in full: if your surgery is scheduled due to medical reasons by a doctor you can request a refund of balance minus deposit and cancellation fees. Refunds  must be submitted in writing with proof of surgery cancellation and sent to Riteliferecovery@gmail.com.

A $99 cancellation fee (per day) will be deducted from amount refunded. I agree I am responsible for my reserved dates.

If my Surgery is rescheduled less than 14 days of reserved dates ,I agree to pay my balance before requesting reschedule or I agree my monies will be waived .

 2(TWO)  RESCHEDULES ALLOWED PER PAID DEPOSIT WITHIN 18 MONTHS FROM ORIGINAL DATE PAID. IF SURGERY NEEDS TO BE RESCHEDULED YOU CAN Reschedule ON PAID DEPOSIT WITH A MINIMUM  16 DAYS PRIOR TO DATE OF REQUESTED STAY . RESCHEDULES LESS THAN 16 DAYS ARE RESPONSIBLE TO PAY REMAINING BALANCE ON DUE DATE IN FULL OR DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED AND RESERVATION WILL BE CANCELED

I understand if my surgery is canceled due to a medical reason I will be able to request a reschedule or refund of monies paid, minus deposit and daily cancellation fee of $99 per days reserved

Refunds are processed within 30 days from request . Please submit medical cancellation documents for faster processing . Submit to riteliferecovery@gmail.com

 

surgery day cancellations will result in a $250 fee prior to rescheduling new date. 

 

- 14 day notice is required for rescheduling new dates

- Less than 14 day notice will be charged a $300 last minute rebooking fee         

 

Late Add on surgery : (less than 30 days from check in ) if you add an additional procedure that was not scheduled at time of your requested booking , ex : arm lipo / breast surgery /bbl /or thigh lipo a $350  surgery post op care rate will be added to your reservation to cover additional care and expenses  and must be paid no later than 48 hrs prior to arrival . ____________________________________________________________

the number of Massage sessions depend on the package booked .
