By completing this form, I am agreeing to our cancellation policy. Appointments must be cancelled, or changed within 48 hours. Less than 48 hours notice will result in a 50% charge of your service. If cancelled within 24 hours it will be a 100% charge of your service. Please understand we must have this in place to protect us, and so we have enough time to fill that appointment. Thank you so much for understanding and we are so excited to see you!
