In order to keep our young parishioners safe, the Diocese of Norwich has set forth the following requirements:
1. Every volunteers must have all Safe Environments paperwork and training completed before the start of classes in September. This will include proof of identification and a screening process. Our Faith Formation staff will guide you through the entire process. Everything takes about 1 hour or less to complete. This may be done on your own or in our office.
2. Returning volunteers may be asked to renew or update their paperwork and or
training.
3. Mandated Reporter training is also asked of our volunteers every two years.
Guidelines and requirements are subject to change and are all mandated by the Diocese of Norwich.
