I understand this is just a request for an appointment. I understand a non refundable deposit is required to set an appointment. I understand that I will be contacted for a follow up within 48 hours, and will be required to send deposit via square or in person within 24 HOURS of agreeing to an appointment time with my artist. I acknowledge that until the deposit has been received my appointment has not been confirmed. I understand that this is a non refundable deposit. If I need to cancel or reschedule the appointment I will do this no later than 24 hours before my appointment to avoid losing my deposit. I understand that if I make changes to my design after submitting this request and booking the appointment the cost may vary from the quote I was given.
