With Our International Partners, We Are Only Focusing On Commercial Real Estate Deals. The Borrower Must Have The Required 9% Fee In USD Which Can Be Escrowed Into An Account Of Their Choice. The Funds In The Escrow Account Must Be Verifiable Per Their CPA, Lawyer Or Attorney With The Ability To Wire Said Funds Within 24hrs Upon Request Without Any Encumbances, Obstacles Or Restrictions. A POF Letter Concerning The 9% Fee Must Also Be Made Available via Email, Fax or Mail, By Their CPA, Lawyer Or Attorney Over The Escrow Account Before A Loan Request Can Be Considered. Once All Applicable Documents Have Been Reviewed, Signed And Fees Paid, The Approved Funds Will Be Sent To Our Interest Only Lawyers Trust Account (IOLTA) Handled By Hanover Trust Or Approved Escrow Account And Then Sent To The Client/Borrower Within 7-14 Days!

With Our Domestic Partner, After We Have Received All Relevant Documents And Set Up Your Profile(1x Process), We Will Then Review And Submitt Your Project Request Into Our System. Upon Approval We Will Then Send You The Loan Documents Via Email. Your Loan Documents Will Include Your Loan Approval Amount, Term Sheet And An Invoice With Instructions Of Where You Want Us To Send You Your Funds. Turn Around Time Is Usually About 2-5 Days! A Title/Escrow Account Will Be Provided, If Needed, For Any Funds That Need To Be Held Until Closing. After We Have Received Your Signed Documents And Aplicable Fees Have been Agreed Upon, You Will Receive 100% Of The Funding Requested Wired To Your Submitted Bank Account At Closing. You Will Then Have 24 Hours To Send Us Our Consultation Fee!
