Do you understand that at any time, under any circumstances, should you be unable to raise or care for your Joyful Noise Beagle for the entire lifetime of that Beagle, it is to be returned to Joyful Noise Beagles for proper re-homing and is not under ANY circumstances to be placed into a shelter, breed rescue, nor with any other individual(s) without being approved by the breeder of Joyful Noise Beagles? Should this occur it is considered a breach of contract and legal action can be pursued.

By submitting this application, do you acknowledge that this is for information purposes only to determine the suitability of a puppy or dog within your home and to match you with the best puppy to meet your preferences? The submission of your application in no way guarantees you a position on the waiting list, and there may be a wait of 6-18 months.

Once your application is submitted and reviewed, we will respond with a confirmation email. Based on your preferences, suitability of home, and projected upcoming litter(s) and/or availability of current puppies or adults, an offer to be placed on the waitlist may be extended. An offer is official when accepted and your waitlist deposit made.
