How connected is how you coach to your coaching values and coaching philosophy- why and how you coach? It’s what makes you an authentic coach! Something we often overlook as a coach which then often leads to coaching behaviours that are not in line with who you are as a person, and before you become aware of it, you have fallen into habits that are hard to break.

During this short coach CPD session, we’ll help you establish your coaching philosophy to make your coaching experience better, more authentic, which will in turn improve the experience for your gymnasts.
