ATTENTION: The processing of transcripts will be paused from 6/21 through 7/7 while the Office of the Registrar is closed. No transcripts will be processed during this time, but requests are still able to be submitted. All requests will be processed upon the re-opening of the Office of the Registrar on 7/8, in the order submissions were received.
CURRENT STUDENTS: Unless specifically requested in your submission, all requests made between the last week of the semester and when final grades are posted, will not be processed until after all grades have been posted.
ATTENTION: Please note that if you (the student) currently have an outstanding balance with the AAC, or have a hold on your account, that must be resolved in order for your official transcript to be released to you or another school. To speak with someone regarding a hold/balance on your account, please contact the Business Office at: business@artacademy.edu.
For purposes of seeking employment, transcripts will be released to the prospective employer's mailing address regardless of whether the student owes an institutional debt.

By default, official transcripts are issued on physical transcript paper. If you need a digital copy of your transcript, please specify that below. The Registrar's Office may reach out to you for clarification.

Payment Information
NOTE: For current students, unless otherwise indicated, requests made between the last week of the semester and when final grades are posted (or after commencement for graduating students), your transcript will not be processed until your final grades are posted and academic statuses are updated. This is typically 2-3 days after the published date for grades. As such, if this applies to you, it is recommended that you submit a regular request, NOT a "Same-Day" Expedited request.
Transcripts cannot be released if there is an outstanding balance on the student account, and until final payment is received.
Normal processing time is $5.00 per each transcript requested.
Expedited processing (24 hour processing) is $10.00 per transcript.

Please be sure to list the scholarship(s) and their contact information and/or website.
The Registrar will have to verify the authenticity of the scholarship before releasing your transcript. This may take some additional time--please be sure to submit your request in a timely manner.
The transcript must be sent directly to the scholarship foundation/organization, NOT to the student except under special circumstances. Contact the Registrar for additional information.
Upon successfully submitting this form, you should see a confirmation page, as well as an emailed copy of the form to the email address you provided. If you do not see either of these, then there may be an issue with either the email address provided, or an issue with the form itself.
