Please enter the number of drinks/meals you would like, one drink per meal purchased. If you do not want a drink for any of the meals purchased, then please enter 0 in the No Drink column.

Should the need arise to modify your reservation, please contact  Jill Cassady at  jl-cassady@wiu.edu as soon as possible.  Reservations will end at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, prior to the meal.  Extra meals may be available at the door.
