I understand and acknowledge that dance and exercise classes involve physical movement and exertion. I, the registrant, am in good physical health and am capable of performing the exercises and dances required for participation in the class I am enrolling in. The undersigned, and all heirs, executors and assigns, waive all claims against Flamenco For All, its agents, servants and assigns, for personal injury sustained out of participation in any classes or other activities in connection with the enrollment. Moreover, I understand that class regiatration fees are non-refundable.
