Demonstration of Qualifications for Human Rights and Social Responsibility Consultants for FisheryProgress
  • Demonstration of Qualifications for Human Rights and Social Responsibility Consultants for FisheryProgress

    For SRAs and associated workplans
  • The FisheryProgress Human Rights and Social Responsibility (HRSR) Policy requires that a qualified individual or team complete(s) any risk assessment that uses the Social Responsibility Assessment Tool (SRA) tool and lead(s) the development of any SRA-based workplan. Note that within a team, not all individuals must demonstrate human rights/social sciences and fisheries expertise, but the team must collectively meet the qualifications.

Anyone seeking approval to conduct an SRA and/or develop an associated workplan must complete and submit this form. If applying to be approved as a team, EACH individual on the team must complete and submit a separate form. In order to be approved, CVs and any other relevant evidence needed to demonstrate qualifications must be provided. Note there is a space to upload documents at end of the form.

Once this jotform has been submitted, please email contact@fisheryprogress.org to alert the FisheryProgress team that your submission is ready for review.
