Under the FisheryProgress HRSR Policy, assessment of Core FisheryProgress SRA Indicators and associated workplans must be undertaken by an individual or team with the required expertise, as described in the Qualifications for Human Rights and Social Responsibility Consultants. Note that within a team, not all individuals must demonstrate human rights/social sciences and fisheries expertise, but the team must collectively meet the qualifications.
Anyone seeking approval to conduct an SRA and/or develop an associated workplan must complete and submit this form. If applying to be approved as a team, each individual on the team must complete and submit the jotform. In order to be approved, CVs and any other relevant evidence needed to demonstrate qualifications must be provided. Note there is a space to upload documents at end of the form.
Once this jotform has been submitted, please email contact@fisheryprogress.org to alert the FisheryProgress team that your submission is ready for review.
