ACEC/MN Campaign Fund "Shoot for the Fund" Team Registration Form (2023)
The 12th Annual ACEC/MN Clay Shoot will be held on Monday, October 2nd at the Minnesota Horse & Hunt Club (located at 2920 East 220th Street Prior Lake, MN 55372).
- All payments need to be made by personal credit card or personal check - payments cannot be made from a company card / bank account.

- The cost for a team for the Clay Shoot is $700. If each member of your team is making an individual payment, the amount of your payment should be $175. The cost for a single participant for the Clay Shoot is $200.
- If you register as an individual player, we will attempt to match you with other players to form a full team of 4.
