Crystal Coast Adventures – Waiver, Photoshoot Agreement & Cancellation PolicyWAIVER OF LIABILITY & SERVICE AGREEMENT By accepting and utilizing the services provided by Crystal Coast Adventures, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms: Refund Policy: I understand that once services have been completed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Satisfaction Guarantee:If I have any concerns regarding the quality of service provided, I must contact Crystal Coast Adventures at crystalcoastadventures@gmail.com within 24 hours of the completed service.Dispute Resolution:In the event of any disputes, both Crystal Coast Adventures and I agree to communicate in good faith and make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter.Limitation of Liability:Crystal Coast Adventures will not be held liable for dissatisfaction, delays, or other issues once the service has been completed and accepted.PHOTOSHOOT SESSION AGREEMENTSession Time:My session will begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrival may result in a shortened session with no time extensions or discounts.Image Selection:I will select the photos I want edited, based on my package details, once the session has been completed.Rescheduling:If I need to reschedule, I must give at least 24 hours’ notice. If I fail to do so, I forfeit my deposit and will be required to pay a new deposit for the rescheduled session.Weather Cancellations:Weather-related cancellations will be made at the photographer’s discretion. If canceled due to weather, a 90% refund will be issued (10% retained for admin and processing fees).CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICYCancellations made 4 or more days in advance:Guests will receive a 90% refund.
