The Consignor agrees that all items for consignment are in sellable condition, laundered, free of dust, odours, pilling, stains, wrinkles, lint, and hair/fur. Items must arrive from a smoke free environment and must be ready to sell by The Thrifted Mini. The Consignor must ensure all buttons are buttoned, snaps are snapped and zippers are zipped. It is your responsibility to check these items, even if The Thrifted Mini are undertaking an “in person sort”. Items that do not meet these specifications will be donated without notice.
At the end of the 90 day sales period, The Consignor will receive payment equal to between 30% of the sale price, paid via e-transfer, or a store credit equal to 40% the sale price. The Consignor must indicate their preferred payout method at the time of drop off; and the choice cannot be changed.
The Thrifted Mini will be solely responsible for pricing all consigned items. Prices may be reduced at the commencement of the calendar month following drop off. Further price reductions may occur at the commencement of the following two (2) months . Price reductions are subject to change at any time, without notice to the consignor.
The Thrifted Mini will only accept and enter into items that are eligible to be sold. Items not suitable for inventory, as they did not meet the above requirements, will be donated. Items may take up to four (4) weeks to be entered into inventory.
Items will stay on the floor for up to ninety (90) days. After this “selling period”, items will be removed and donated to an organisation of our choosing.
Payouts will be issued at the end of a consignment period. The Consignor must contact The Thrifted Mini to arrange a payment when either the ninety (90) day selling period has ended, or if all of The Consigers items have sold; whichever comes first. Payments must be requested within twelve (12) months of initial consignment period, otherwise, payout monies will become property of The Thrifted Mini.
