Participating as a Presenter: Presentation sessions take place during ~1 hour block times between ~1:30 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. on 11/28 and ~2:20-4:30 p.m. on 11/29. Oral presentations are 10 minutes (must be present for full session). Poster presentations are 1 hour (duration of the session).

Participating as a Judge: Presentation sessions take place during ~1 hour block times between ~1:30 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. on 11/28 and ~2:20-4:30 p.m. on 11/29.

Participating as a Volunteer Event Staff: Event Staff roles are available throughout the 2 days (~11:30am-5:30pm on 11/28 and ~2-6:20pm on 11/29) in ~1 hour blocks.
