We currently have two booth rentals available for rent at our store front salon. The booths come fully furnished with a set up cabinet, high quality eyebrow/lash chair, and a stool. Each station is required to meet state board regulations such as - labeled containers, no visible disposibles, and of course, proper cleaning and disinfecting protocalls. They are purposly located at the front of the salon/waiting area, because that is where the lighting always hits the best. No ringlight? No problem. Your pictured will be of high quality everytime. Our salon aesthetics is very modern and airy, and is garenteed to be a great hit with your clients as well as your instagram brand.
Price per month is $650, including all amenities. First and last month's rent will be required to solidify the contract in the presense of a notary. You will have wifi, a build in sound system, a coffee/drink/snack bar for your clients, and a break room with a fridge & microwave to use for your meals. We also have a content room which you can use to your advantage. For our safety, the salon is secured with an alarm system & camera servalliance. You are more than welcomed to schedule a salon tour if you have not already seen it in person.
We are a well- known salon who is known for our professionalism & good vibes. Our salon is currently the home to 4 great women who get along wonderfully, have no drama, and are each other's biggest supporters in & out of business. This may be a little cheesy, but we really are one big happy family. We will be looking at overall work quality. We have set values on quality, intention, professionalism, humanuty, responsibility, and care. We are looking to share this space with someone whos values align with ours.
