General Information

• On the day of the event, all services will be performed following a schedule. I ask that you communicate the importance of being on time and properly prepared for each individual receiving services. Should we run late on this schedule, there will be a $15/ hour fee.(waived)
• Please inform us ahead of time of any time restrictions, schedule changes, or other situations that would affect the timing of services. 
• Last minute services requested on-site may be possible if time allows. All prepaid services will have first priority and we cannot guarantee any other services will be completed. Separate payments may be made for individual services, but must be received before the service is performed. 
• Consider wearing clothing that is easy to remove without disturbing hair or makeup. Professional products and application techniques will be used to ensure longevity. However, if you have any concerns about your style lasting, please communicate this during your styling session. We are not responsible for issues with hair/ makeup once we have left the venue. If a situation that occurs where we need to return (if possible), there will be a $50 fee, plus milage. 
• Communication: To ensure clear and proactive communication, Stephanie, in c/o Salon Shandee will maintain one primary point of contact.  

Trial Appointments

• Trial appointment for the bride is priced at $100 ph and will be done at Salon Shandee and done during regular business hours. If scheduling your trial appointment around bridal portraits or events, please make sure you allow plenty of time for travel. We are not responsible if trial appointments take longer than anticipated. Trials are as much for us, as they are for your wedding day vision. 

Travel, Deposit, Fees & Other Information

• Salon Shandee has no minimum requirement within 20-mile radius of Salon Shandee and/or Tuesday-Saturday weddings. Sunday and Holiday weddings require a minimum bridal party of 4. When leaving the 20-mile radius, we require bridal parties of 4 or more. 
• There is no fee for on location services within the 20-mile radius. Locations outside of this area are $125 per hour for travel 
• An initial 25% deposit is required to hold your event date, this deposit will be deducted from the total amount due. Deposits are nonrefundable for any reason and is due before or at the time of trial. 
• Should you for any reason choose to not go forward with wedding day services, $100 ph for the trial will be due and the remainder of the deposit will be returned.  There will be no further liability to the artist thereafter.  
• Your package total is due in full, minimum 72 hours prior to event date. Services will not be rendered without payment in full.
• In the event there is less than 30 days’ notice of cancellation, no refund will be given on any amount paid. 
• Artist's obligations to perform services are subject to change, in which alternate options will be available to the client.  
• Touchups will be done after hair styling is completed on all who are receiving services. Returning to the venue for photos after the ceremony can be accommodated upon request. There is a $50 travel fee +$50/ hour.
   

Photography & Images

• Client agrees to provide Stephanie/Salon Shandee with photo images taken the day of the event. 
• Client agrees to the use of images from Salon Shandee for advertising on websites, social media, or printed ads for promotional services.
