Vendor Rules & Regulations:
➢ Applications will be received until vendor spaces are full, and spaces will be
issued on a first come, first served basis, in the order applications are received;
➢ Electricity will NOT be supplied.
➢ No Rain date- The event will be held rain or shine. NO REFUNDS WILL BE
ISSUED due to bad weather or acts of nature;
➢ The items you indicate on your application are the ONLY ITEMS which can be prepared and sold at the marketplace. BE SPECIFIC when listing items on your registration form;
➢ Crafts cannot be mixed with Food or Baked Goods
➢ Vendors CANNOT change your assigned spaces, unless first consulting with
event coordinator and having change approved;
➢ All applications are subject to approval. Event coordinators reserve the
absolute right to accept or reject any vendor applications for any reason. Incomplete applications will be refused.
➢ No oversized, unmanageable exhibits are permitted and you must stay within your 10’ x 10’ space
➢ You will be required to make adjustments to your display space when requested to do so.
➢ Vendor booths must be set up in their entirety for the duration of the event
and be attended at all times. Goods on display are the responsibility of the exhibitor/food vendor.
➢ No amplifying devices will be allowed (radios, microphones, etc.)
➢ The Urban Miami & it’s affiliates are not responsible for any loss or damage to any exhibitor property or any other person caused by theft, fire, riot, strikes, acts of God or other causes of whatever nature or kind.
➢ No pets allowed and no children left unattended.
➢ Vendors are responsible for cleaning up area used before leaving Saturday Afternoon and returning items in good condition.
➢ Vendors will be able to unload and load at your space, but afterward you will be required to remove your vehicle from the venue area over to the public street parking. There is no parking behind booth spaces.
➢ Any Vendor violating any of these rules and regulation will be asked to leave without refund.
