Each Volunteer MUST hold a current WWC/Blue Card. I understand that it is my responsibility to make sure each person required to hold a WWC/Blue Card provides a copy to the Nation/Team Director. It is also a requirement of the festival that any nominated volunteer interacting with a child under the age of 18 years must be wearing their WWC/Blue Card at all times. This must be visible to the Pacific Youth Rugby Festival representatives during the festival.All participants under the age of 18 years have permission to be photographed and/or videoed. This can be used, but is not limited to, advertising on social media portals, newspaper articles, websites and media releases. If a child does not have permission to be photographed, it is my responsibility to inform Pacific Rugby Festival who the child is. PYRF Ltd will not be held accountable if this information is not provided.

I agree that if a team is withdrawn within 60 days of the commencement date of either festival, I am still required to pay the PYRF Ltd entry fee. (This fee is a per team sanction.) I am also responsible for a $500 administration fee for the development of a new competition draw.
