2025 Melissa's Race Vendor Registration & Release

Option A: Vendor registration is $100 per booth
Option B: Vendor registration is $50 per booth & 10% of event sales

• Melissa’s Race will be from 6:30 – 9:30 on Saturday, May 3, 2025
• Vendors must provide their own equipment (i.e. canopies, tables, chairs, coolers...etc.)
• All fees are non-refundable as they will be used to promote the event or donated to charity.
• Vendors are responsible for leaving the area in the same condition as they found it.
• We reserve the right to censor any booth.

REGISTRATION: Vendor forms must be submitted no later than April 3rd!

1. Each exhibitor will be given a 10x10 space at the EVENT SITE.
2. Each exhibitor is responsible for providing their own table(s), chairs, and tent if needed.
3. Exhibitors must be set up by 6:00 AM, and must have their area torn down/cleaned up by 10:00AM.
4. No refunds will be given to exhibitors who fail to occupy their space.
5. Exhibitor may not sublet their space unless given prior approval.
6. Exhibitors agree to be open and staffed during all event hours (6:30 AM to 9:30 AM).
7. Exhibitors are responsible for their space and property as well as the setup/tear down of their space.
8. Exhibitors must promote within their designated space and stay clear of walkways and interference of other exhibitors or the start/finish line.
9. All exhibitors must be approved prior to their participation. A confirmation email will be sent when registration is approved and payment is received. Confirmation email will include detailed instructions, including site map.

Waiver:

In consideration of the acceptance of my application for this event, I do hereby forever release, hold harmless and discharge Run 4 a Cause, Melissa Vosburg, Inc., the City of Sanford, Seminole County and the State of Florida and all race sponsors, volunteers, and employees from any and all liability for damages or injuries that I might receive during my participation regardless of who’s negligence, whether due to acts of third persons or otherwise. I understand that participants in this event is a potentially hazardous activity, which may cause injury or death. I certify that I am medically able and properly prepared for this event. I assume all risks associated with w participants in this event, including but not limited to; falls, contacts with other participants, the effects of weather, including high heat and / or humidity, traffic and the conditions of the road or running surface. In addition, I also agree to abide by any decision of a race official relative to any aspect of my participation in this event including the right of any official to deny or suspend my participation for any reason whatsoever. I understand that bicycles, skateboards, roller skates / blades, baby joggers, animals and audio headsets are not allowed in this race. I also understand that in the event that this race has to be cancelled for any reason beyond the control of the race management that my entry fee will not be refunded. I acknowledge having read this waiver and acknowledge these facts by signing below.
