To start the process:

1. Complete the following form & send reference photos (you need 4).

2. Send a non-refundable deposit which equals the amount of half payment. (Remainder balance must be paid at pick-up.)

3. Be on the look out for a message from me. Once your application & deposit is recieved, I'll reach out to confirm information.

*Keep in mind that there is a project queue and most portraits take 2 weeks to complete.
