We are excited to have you join us for the 10th European Conference on Sustainable Cities & Towns, happening on 1-3 October in Aalborg (Denmark).

In this Call for Contributions form, please provide the following information on your proposed presentation for #Aalborg2024. For more information on the presentations formats, please see here.

Please note the designated time slot for the presentations is on Wednesday, 2 October at 14:00-15:30.

The deadline for application is 15 July 2024.

Presentation Formats

Speed Presentation: You have 5 minutes to present your idea, project, initiative, or best practice. You can bring up to 20 image slides (no text!) that will move automatically behind you. So, 5 mins – 20 slides (max) – no clicker!
Pitch Presentation: You have 5 minutes to present your idea, project, initiative, or best practice – but only one image slide!
All presentations must be held in English. Presentation slides will have to be handed in in advance to the conference.
Suggested title of your presentation
Please provide a summary of what you would like to present (max. 200 words)*
*Reminder: Speed presentations will hold up to 20 slides, each containing an image. Each slide will be shown and presented on for 15 seconds. Pitch presentations will only feature 1 slide containing 1 image for the duration. Presentations take place in English.

We invite you to provide 1-2 supporting documents such as your CV, presentation slides, project documentation, etc. Please specify the purpose of the file in the file's name.
