Thank you for your interest in English Communication Programme - Gen-Z Communication Studio.

The Studio is organised by the HKFYG Leadership Institute, supported by the Standing Committee on Language Education and Research (SCOLAR) and funded by the Language Fund. Since its inception in 2021, the Studio has sparked more than 2,500 students’ interest in English language and improved their ability to communicate in English, enabling their personal growth and paving the way of their future success. In the year to come, the Studio will continue its mission to provide the platform that enables young people to take action to unlock opportunities through structured and diverse training to hone young people's communication skills, with a view to empowering them and equipping them with: effective communication, logical reasoning and empathetic leadership.

I hereby irrevocably, on behalf of my school, consent to and authorise The Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups (collectively “HKFYG”) to use, reproduce, exhibit, display, broadcast and/or distribute images of ours(including any video or still photographs of students' likeness, poses, acts and appearances or sound records of students' voice taken or made by the HKFYG or its contractor(s) or agent(s)). (“Images”) via any media now known or later developed for any purposes in connection with promotion, marketing or record of the HKFYG (which may include printed or electronic publications or advertisements, research or presentation materials, websites, social media, newspaper, TV or radio broadcast).

This authorisation at any time by notifying the HKFYG in writing. The revocation will not affect any actions taken before the receipt of this written notification. Images will be stored in a secure location and only authorised staff will have access to them. They will be kept as long as they are relevant and after that time destroyed or archived.

It is understood that obtaining the necessary consents from students themselves is the sole responsibility of the teacher. The teacher will ensure students are aware of the above terms and give their agreement, either verbally or in writing. I agree that by signing below, any Images of my students captured from now on will be covered by this declaration of consent indefinitely. I reserve the right to withdraw permission at any time by providing written notice.
