Hours
- Each day of the Summer Course will run from 10.00am - 3.00pm.

Arrivals and Departures
- There is limited parking at the venue. Please approach carefully as there may children in the car park.
- Upon arrival, we request that you sign your child in and provide details of who will be collecting your child at the end of the day (including their phone number).
Payment
- The cost of each day is £22 (£18 for siblings).
- Payment must be made online to the KatsAct bank account (as above) and is due once the booking form has been submitted to confirm your child's place on the course.

- On receipt of payment, for the Summer Course, you are subject to the terms and conditions of the booking, as set out in this document.
Uniform
- Students should wear suitable clothes, eg, t-shirt and shorts/leggings/joggers and wear jazz shoes or trainers. They may also go bare foot at their own risk.
- Long hair must be tied up and off the face.
- No jewellery. New stud earrings should be taped over at home beforehand.
Illness
- If your child has a high temperature or is unwell, please do not send your child. Please report their absence by emailing Katsact@hotmail.com
Risk Assessment/Health & Safety
- We continually review our risk assessments and will record any incidences of first aid. These will be reported to you when you collect your child. There is a qualified first aider and safeguarding person on site at all times.
- We are a nut free setting. Please consider this when sending in your child's snack and packed lunch.
Cancellations and Refunds
- Once booked, your child's place on our Summer Course is non-refundable except in extenuating circumstances (where the request for a refund will be considered on an individual case basis). Extenuating circumstances which might prohibit your child from attending are: injury, illness or bereavement. You may be requested to provide supporting evidence if requesting a refund.
- The Summer Course will only run in line with Government Guidance. If this guidance changes and we need to cancel the course, you will receive a full refund.
Insurance
- KatsAct can accept no responsibility for any loss or damage to your child's property (eg, valuables or electronic devices). You are advised to ensure your possessions accordingly.
Liability
- KatsAct accepts no liability for any injuries sustained whilst participating in the activities offered.
Marketing
- Please inform us by email if you wish your child NOT to be featured in any advertising or promotional/marketing materials for KatsAct.
Privacy Policy
- KatsAct will use your information to keep in touch with you via email. We will store any other relevant information securely (including medical) which is disclosed to us by you or transpires during the time your child is enrolled at KatsAct. We will not disclose your information to any 3rd party.
