Services to be Provided:

The Tax Preparer agrees to provide the following services to the Client:
1. Preparation and filing of federal income tax returns for the tax year [Enter Tax Year].
2. Preparation and filing of state income tax returns (if applicable).
3. Review of the Client's financial documents and tax records.
4. Providing tax planning advice and guidance as needed.
Fees and Payment:

Confidentiality:

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information exchanged during the course of the engagement.

Term of Agreement:

Termination:
