Please allow a minimum of two weeks PLUS production time for projects that require an outside vendor (ex: Printers).

Depending on the project, print vendors require a minimum of 5 business days to complete production and delivery. Involved, lengthy or detailed print projects can take up to 3 weeks for a print vendor to produce and deliver (ex: Foam core signs take a minimum of 7 business days to produce and deliver.)

Requests are prioritized by if/how they fulfill the university mission and strategic plan initiatives as well as the date of submission. Some projects may fall outside of departmental accountabilities.

Requests for photography and videography are evaluated based upon their value to university marketing and public relations in addition to addressing one of Lindenwood's strategic initiatives. Requests for event coverage should be submitted at least two weeks in advance.

We do not have the resources to fulfill all requests.

Some requests may need to be fulfilled by freelance artists at the expense of the requestor.
