Policies
There is a deposit required upon booking. All deposits are non refundable and go toward your service on the day of. Deposits can be transferred once in case you need to reschedule as long as you give a 72 hr notice. If you’d like to reschedule a second time, another deposit will be required. Any cancellations outside of the 72 hr cancellation grace period will have to pay a last minute cancellation fee of 50% of the service total. That fee doesn’t go towards a new appointment. No shows will result in permanent termination from future bookings.
Due to limited space, no extra guests allowed. Only the client getting services done is allowed in the salon. Extra guests will be asked to wait outside the studio as there is some seating available there.No children allowed unless they are being serviced. We work with sharp scissors, hot tools, chemicals, and other equipment in the salon and we do not have an area designated for children, nor do we have staff that can keep an eye on them while you receive your service. Please understand that our concern is for the safety of your child, for other guests, and for our staff. Thank you for understanding!
