SIGN WAIVER TO CONFIRM REGISTRATION

I acknowledge that walking is a strenuous test of a person's physical and mental limits and there comes with it the potential for death and serious injury. I hereby assume the risks of participation in this race. I waive any and all claims for myself and my heirs against officials or sponsors of the Wiregrass MILA, including without limitation, the Houston County Healthcare Authority, the Southeast Health Foundation and Westgate Kiwanis Park, for injury, illness, or death which may directly or indirectly result from my participation. I further state that I am in proper physical condition to participate in this event. I grant permission to all the foregoing to use photographs, video or audio recordings or verbal or written statements for any legitimate purpose. In the event any of my children participate in any part of the Wiregrass MILA, I hereby waive, all for myself and my children, any and all claims against the officials and sponsors of such events for injuries that may directly or indirectly result from such child's participation.
