This is an outstanding musical opportunity!
Fara will teach a 4-day drum class intensive. Fara was the lead drummer of the Merveilles de Guinee and is a world renown artist and a highly sought after teacher. Participate in an in-depth study of rhythms and traditional drumming from Guinea, West Africa. Classes will culminate with the option to perform at Arts Fair on Saturday August 2nd! All abilities welcome. Classes will culminate with the option to perform in an event at the Depot on Friday August 15th!
