The rules for the Sleepy Hollow Pine Car Derby are very simple this year!

Traditional Rules For any car under 5oz. There is some wiggle room for fun of course. If you still have that hot car you built with your dad in the 70s, let's see how it holds up 50 years later. All cars in this class will be weighed and measured at check in.

Exhibition Class For any car over 5oz! So toss on the weight and lets see what happens! We will not restrict car sizes, but every car needs to fit in its "slot" on the track and make it to the finish line.

ABSOUTELY NO PYROTECHNICS. Anything that may damage the track is absolutely not allowed. However, feel free to add electronics or fans. Just keep it simple or the track controller may not be able to register your run.
