Elementary Learning Coach Agreement
All elementary students are required to have a learning coach present with their child during the school day.

A learning coach is an adult that is available to the student everday during school hours, whether they are in live sessions or working independently. Learning Coach's are expected to montior their student's participation and progress regulary. Failure to attend will result in being marked absent and may result in placement on academic probation or discontinuation of enrollment with NVLA.

Please review each of the following expectations to ensure you understand the requirements when attending NVLA.
I understand that once my child enrolls at NVLA, this becomes their home school and they cannot withdraw to attend another CCSD School until the enrollment window opens again and the current semester has concluded.*

The first day of school is Monday January 5th. I understand that if my child does not attend school the first week of school from January 5th to January 9th, my child may be marked as a "No Show" and withdrawn.*

FOR MS/HS Only: I understand that CCSD Policy states that if my child is absent (excused or unexcused) 9 or more times for a class period, they will not receive credit for that class. This means they will receive an F regardless of the assignments they’ve turned in.*
