-By signing, I agree that once pet is adopted I, the adopter take on full responsibility and ownership of said animal, Including but not limited to: food bills, health care and regular vet care/bills, general well being and health upkeep, ECT. -By signing, I understand that if I no longer want or cannot care for said adopted pet, I agree to notify Bucksport Animal Shelter BY EMAIL, Though understanding Bucksport Animal Shelter has first refusal to take said animal back into rescue. -By signing, I understand all previous and current vet records will be reviewed by the Bucksport Animal Shelter. -By signing, I understand the Bucksport Animal Shelter may check in on adopted pet, VIA phone or email after adoption. -By signing, I agree to the Bucksport Animal Shelter requesting a home visit, VIA in person or online. -By signing, I agree I will not hold Bucksport Animal Shelter accountable for any damages, illnesses or injuries inflicted by adopted animal after adoption.
