Permit Extension Request Information

-All permit extension requests will be processed by a Permit Technician. Please allow up to two (2) business days for processing.

Extension Fees:
Residential Extension: $75 each
Commercial Extension: $100 each

-Payment of the extension fee and any outstanding permitting or inspection fees will be required at the time of extension approval.

- NOC shall be valid at the time of extension

-Permit extensions may be granted for up to 90 days.
- First extension is subject to administrative approval.
- Second extension is subject to authorization by the Building Official.
- Subsequent extension requests beyond the second request are not permitted.
