🔧 Warranty & Service Agreement
By booking with On The Move Autoworks, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms: All services provided are custom installations tailored specifically to each vehicle. Due to the nature of these services, all sales are final and non-refundable once the installation has been completed. A limited 1 year warranty is provided on select services covering installation workmanship and product defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper care, third-party modifications, or normal wear and tear. Any issues must be reported within a reasonable timeframe so they can be inspected and addressed if eligible under warranty.
No-Fault Policy
By signing below, Client acknowledges: • Installer is not liable for post-install electrical issues not caused by installation. • Pre-existing electrical or aftermarket systems are excluded. • Battery drain, blown fuses, or error codes not due to installer error are not covered. • Free repairs/refunds only if installer error clearly shown.
